Every Pactool product is tested and inspected prior to shipment. We make every reasonable effort to assure your complete satisfaction. In the event that a tool does not operate properly, return it (prepaid) to the address listed here.

If the tool is found to be defective in workmanship or materials, repairs will be made without charge and the tool will be returned to you with the shipping prepaid.

Please note: This warranty does not apply if you or others attempt repair; the tool has been damaged or misused; if repairs needed are due to normal wear; use is continued after partial failure; or parts other than ours have been installed.
